Unified search
One search box across every account and every tool, with Gmail-style operators — from:, to:, tag:, has:attachment — and saved searches you can replay in a click.
Features
Pimkin is a federating client — it brings your mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks together across the accounts you already have, then reads, writes, and syncs back to each provider. Here's the full picture of what it does.
Pimkin pulls Gmail, Microsoft 365, and any IMAP mailbox into a single unified inbox — threaded conversations, a reading pane that breathes, and fast compose that sends through your own provider. Flags, reads, moves, and deletes sync back to the source, both ways.
Calendar
Overlay calendars from Google, Microsoft 365, and any CalDAV server in one grid. Accept invitations straight from an email, and create or edit events that write back to the provider — no round-trip through another app.
Contacts
Gmail, Microsoft 365, CardDAV, and your organization's LDAP/GAL directory, merged into a single searchable address book with full detail cards and fields you can act on.
Tasks
Keep tasks where the rest of your day lives — synced two ways with Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, and CalDAV VTODO, so nothing lives in a separate app you forget to open.
Across every tool
One search, one set of rules, one place for junk and categories — shared by mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks, so context never gets lost between tabs.
One search box across every account and every tool, with Gmail-style operators — from:, to:, tag:, has:attachment — and saved searches you can replay in a click.
Filter, tag, move, forward, or delete automatically. Describe a rule in plain English and Pimkin drafts it for you to review and save — it never changes anything without you.
Optional AI triage flags what needs attention and summarizes long threads on demand. Off by default; nothing leaves your account until you turn it on.
Cross-provider junk training plus a shared set of categories and tags that behave like folders across mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks.
One-click unsubscribe that honors List-Unsubscribe, plus mute-this-list and a by-list view to tame newsletters without hunting for the tiny link.
The desktop app keeps a local read cache and an outbox, so you can read and act on everything with no connection. Changes sync the moment you reconnect.
Passkeys, email + password, or Sign in with Google or Microsoft — all co-equal, so you pick how you get in.
Pimkin speaks English, Spanish, German, and Japanese, matching your system locale or a language you choose in settings.
Brings your accounts together
Connect once and Pimkin federates over open and proprietary protocols alike — reading, writing, and syncing back to the source of truth.
Web & native
Open Pimkin in any browser, or install the desktop app for macOS, Windows,
and Linux. The desktop build adds offline reading and writing, system
notifications, and real mailto: links — and verifies every
auto-update against a published key before it installs.
Private by design
Pimkin runs as a managed service with nothing to babysit. Credentials are encrypted at rest with a key held only by the service, and nothing is resold, profiled, or mined. AI features are strictly opt-in — off until you say otherwise.
Open the web app in seconds, or install the desktop client and take it offline.
